Submission Guidelines
Terms and Conditions – Please Read Carefully
- You must supply a written component describing the art you are submitting.
- Images can be any size up to 1500KB (1.5MB). If they are larger the system won’t take them.
- Please name your images before uploading them (or enter a title in the Title Field under each image entered in the form). Don’t send DSCG1543.jpg. Rename it first to what you would like the search engines to find and the hover to read.
For example: The Mist.jpg – or – The Mist By Jane Smith.jpg - By accepting the terms and conditions you confirm you are the author and copyright holder of the submitted images, the verbiage and you have the right to distribute them for publication. You allow lifeasahuman.com the right to publish this work in perpetuity in any form they choose on any of their web properties. For example, we may wish to use your work to illustrate a lifeasahuman.com article. In all cases, we will ensure proper attribution of your work and will point to your website or blog. We will NOT print your work or use it in any other way.
- You retain copyright to both the images and the written component and can reproduce the image anywhere at anytime, but the written component is provided to art.lifeasahuman.com on a 30 day exclusive.
We will accept or reject submissions based on the views of our associate editors. We reject images of a pornographic and or illegal nature and those we think need more work.
